Product introduction
This Reserve brut standard cuvee can be said to be the face of the Maison, born from organic cultivation and delicate vinification. The wine is made using three types of grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir. By blending reserve wines from multiple years, it shows respect for the annual harvest and terroir. It is released after 36 months of bottle aging in the cellar.
Champagne made in this way is a style full of freshness and ripe fruit flavor brought by sharp acidity. It is one that harmonizes the balance of various flavors.
About the producer
TELMONT
Small producers leading sustainable champagne production
Termon is a maison based in Damry near Epernay in the Champagne region. Its history begins in 1912, when the grape farmer and wine producer Henri L'Hopital produced his own champagne bearing his name. After that, Mr. Henri's son Mr. André inherited the Maison. Established a brand named "Champagne de Termon". In 2017, we acquired organic certification for the fields we own. We continue to strengthen our efforts as a sustainable champagne maison. Located on the slopes of the Marne Valley, Termon's vineyards are spread across eight crus, including Damry, Champignolles Les Mondeville and Urville, and cover approximately 24.5 hectares of the main grape varieties of Champagne. Cultivate Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. We have continued to make wines that value the ideal image of consistent viticulture and the three values of "courage, humility, and loyalty." At Termon, about 72% of the fields we own are certified organic. In the future, we aim to acquire 100% organic certification and are focusing on making wine that is environmentally friendly.
About the production area
Frenchchampagne
renowned winegrowing area produces best sparkling wine.
Champagne is a fine liquor that captivates those who drink it with its fine bubbles and elegant taste. Needless to say, it is best of sparkling wine made in the cool Champagne region, which is about an hour and a half drive northeast of Paris. Only wines made according to strict laws can be called "Champagne". The color is rosé and white, and the taste varies from dry to sweet. The grapes used are mainly Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Through the secondary fermentation in the bottle, which is said to have been established by the Christian monk Dom Pérignon, and the skillful blending of vintage wines called assemblage, a delicious sake with a clear sense of the characteristics of each producer is born.
